more about me

For more than 20 years I’m working for different companies which are engaged in development, implementation and /or managing projects for their customers. The last 6 years I were engaged in the most important project of one of the biggest telecommunication companies, which has had the target to develop and deploy one single SAP for all local markets. From 2014 till 2016 I joined a certification process to achieve the Senior Project Manager Level B using the regulations of PM-Zert and the IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB Version 3.0).

The following projects are highlighted as examples where I have gathered and brought in my broad skills and wide experiences. Since 2008 Vodafone has engaged me for different roles and responsibilities in several countries all over the world for the implementation of a centralised enterprise resource planning system. Again, I had to work in different roles and with different responsibilities for one of the world wide biggest and leading telecommunication company. Since I’m back as Service Manager for VF Germany I also handled SAP CRM solutions for the area HR and FIN/SCM which are in use for a better satisfaction of internal employee if they are facing questions.

Last year 2015 a new task was handed over to me as I was asked to build up and to convince the Indian market to the support model for the centralised ERP-System. Located in Pune and Ahmedabad I worked closely together with the management of the Indian local market and the responsible support organisations to realize a working and stable support model.

In October 2013 I was asked the redesign and implement Hypercare Management for the SEPA project in parallel to his given project which will be finished successfully end of March 2014.

2004 I changed to Toll Collect as Head of Group for Service Development. I were responsible for the design and operation of customer processes for the whole life cycle especially improvement of the given CRM system and the research and decision process for a new generation of a sustainable CRM solution for the specific requirements of a toll operator. Based on his experiences, Toll Collect, the German Truck free flow collection system, has implemented and improved very lean and cost effective customer relation processes.

2001, Vodafone Germany engaged me as a Business Process Owner for implementation of a new billing and information system for customers. Also different sub projects have successfully been led by me. KIAS 2000, Vodafone’s new billings system based an Amdocs ‚Ensemble‘, is one of the world biggest telecommunication billing system due to its high complexity and large number of post paid contracts. In general, this system is main applicattion for Vodafone’s customer relation management.

From 1995 till 2001 I worked with Experian on risk projects for Amex, VW, Otello, Hutchison, Santander Bank and also on payment projects based on loyalty systems for Kaufhof, Douglas, and Ikea (German leading retailers). Automated Scoring and decision systems for customers and B2B and the data centre and operational services for payment cards have been the core business.
